MITCHELL VAUTIN

Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Director

Mitchell is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist who has more than 5 years of experience working with a multitude of different clients. Mitchell has experience working alongside people in the sub-clinical, clinical and athletic populations to help them achieve their goals. Mitchell believes that there is an exercise program for everyone, no matter who they are or what the situation is.

 

Mitchell’s “better everyday” attitude rubs off on everyone he works with. His clinical experience and knowledge ensures everyone achieves the best possible outcomes, whilst his attitude ensures they leave with a smile on their face! 

Carl Bright

Clinical Exercise Physiologist

Carl is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist. Carl’s training has provided valuable experience working with multiple complex chronic disease groups. Carl utilises his skills in areas such as musculoskeletal, cardio-respiratory and metabolic rehabilitation, as well as neurological and mental health disorders.

Carl is an extremely passionate and energetic EP, believing evidence-based individualised exercise therapy can be used to deliver optimal patient outcomes in the rehabilitation and chronic disease sectors.

Carl also believes in patient education enabling the client to better understand and independently manage their condition. Carl’s friendly nature and genuine interest in helping people achieve their goals can assist you no matter what level you are currently.

Katelyn Mcveigh

Clinical Exercise Physiologist

Katelyn is an accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist. She strives to incorporate exercise into everyone’s life, to become the happiest and healthiest they can be. Katelyn’s warm nature and her individualised approach to exercise will ensure that you will achieve your goals together.

 

Katelyn has experience across multiple conditions and will use evidence based exercise prescription for your exercise therapy program. She will educate you to better understand you conditions and how exercise can assist you with independent management. Katelyn also understands the importance of exercise and thrives on new adventures you can always ask where the next adventure will be.

Tyson Keating

Clinical Exercise Physiologist

Tyson is a kind and approachable Clinical Exercise Physiologist who has a background working with a wide variety of conditions. With experience in metabolic, musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiovascular; as well as athletic populations, no malady is too big or small.

Tyson believes simplicity is key and that small changes can be the catalyst of big improvements in the health and wellbeing of those he works with. He believes that one should practice what they preach and strives to continually improve his health and fitness through exercise.

BENJAMIN GARTH

Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Director

Ben is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist. Ben’s passion and drive has led him to work in a multitude of fields during his career including cardiac rehabilitation, neuromuscular rehabilitation, disability services, cardiac science, indigenous health and elite sport.
 

Ben is extremely passionate about the use of exercise as medicine in the prevention and rehabilitation of chronic conditions. Most recently, Ben's interests have lead him to be an ambassador for the Heart Foundation.

 

Ben prides himself on cultivating a brilliant workplace culture. Ben ensures his staff and clientele are highly engaged and value the experiences they receive at EHA.

ELLIOT RICHARDSON

Clinical Exercise Physiologist

Elliot is a passionate and driven Clinical Exercise Physiologist and exercise scientist. Elliot uses his knowledge in human anatomy and physiology to prescribe the right exercise for the right person at the right time. 

 

Elliot has particular interests in strength and conditioning and utilises many of these concepts when creating targeted exercise programs for those with chronic conditions and disability. Elliot's personal aspiration is to complete a 100km trail run along the great ocean road.

Jaiden Cahill

Clinical Exercise Physiologist

Jaiden is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist. Jaiden’s passion and experience has led him to work with a wide variety of populations and demographics. Jaiden has extensive experience working with various chronic complications including cardiovascular conditions, musculoskeletal injuries, as well as metabolic, neurological and oncological exercise interventions.

“Give a man an exercise and he will feel good for a day. Teach a man to exercise and he will feel good for life”.


Jaiden strongly believes in educating his clients on how to exercise safely and appropriately, providing his clients with the necessary tools and knowledge to truly feel better for a lifetime.

Jaiden’s kind-hearted and understanding approach ensures his clients feel comfortable and acknowledged, providing anyone and everyone the opportunity to feel better everyday. 

Renae Pollock

Clinical Exercise Physiologist

Renae is an energetic, motivated and detail orientated Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist. She has a developed passion for assisting patients living with chronic conditions with a depth of experience across musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, neurological, diabetes and cancer fields. She strongly believes in using exercise as medicine for these various conditions to reach varying clients goals and increase each patient's overall life quality.

 

She also has strong capabilities in providing treatment programs specific to each client’s assessment results and latest evidence base with correspondence to the targeted goals. Renae’s strongest asset is her ability to build rapport with patients to ensure they feel comfortable and engaged throughout the entire session. Coming from a sporting background, Renae was always intrigued by how the human body changes and adapts to specific types of exercise, an interest which ultimately led her to the field of Exercise Physiology.

SARAH NOVIC

Clinical Exercise Physiologist

Senior Clinician

Sarah’s education and clinical experience has provided her with the essential skills and compassion to provide safe and effective practice to help people with acute and chronic conditions.

Sarah has worked with an array of conditions such as musculoskeletal, cardio-respiratory, neurological, diabetes and cancer. She prides herself on her client-centred approach, warm nature and passion in helping her clients achieve their goals. She is enthusiastic and dedicated to help get you where you want to be no matter how big or small. Sarah believes in educating her clients to assist in their ongoing health journey to equip them with the knowledge and promote independence. Outside of the clinic Sarah enjoys an active and adventurous lifestyle including hiking, cycling, running and all things adventurous and fun. 

CONOR MCLEOD

Clinical Exercise Physiologist

Conor is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist. Conor has experience working with many chronic conditions including cardiovascular disease, neurological disorders, bone degenerative disease and diabetes as well as working with youth athletes in elite performance, injury prevention and injury rehabilitation.

 

Conor believes that anyone can exercise no matter who they are through an individualised approach to exercise. Conor prides himself on being industrious and effective in his approach to evidence based treatment. When Conor isn't hard at work you can find him hitting the pavement along Hervey Bay's Esplanade!

Daniel Ibell

Clinical Exercise Physiologist

Daniel is a highly empathetic, driven Exercise physiologist and exercise scientist. Daniel excels in building relationships that foster the positive environment for his clients to succeed.

 

Daniel has experience in both acute and chronic care of disease and musculoskeletal conditions including specific areas such as respiratory, cardiovascular, neurological, metabolic and mental health.  Daniel prides himself in not only his personable, warm approach but backs this with patient-centred and evidence based assessment and exercise prescription. Daniel takes personal pride in watching the success of his clients and them achieving their goals.

 

In his spare time Daniel enjoys nature, a good book and has the personal aspiration of one day completing a full Ironman triathlon.

Allison Vautin

Business Manager

Allison combines over 25 years of healthcare management experience with a passion for best practice patient care. Allison has worked in private specialist practice, allied health, aged care and community care managing large multidisciplinary teams across multiple modalities.

Allison strives for excellence everyday and employs an innovative growth driven approach to business.

In her spare time Allison enjoys her farm, bird watching and menagerie of pets.

Emma Flynn

Patient Services Coordinator

Emma is a skilled customer service specialist with 10 years of experience working with a diverse range of customers and patients. Emma is warm and engaging, and endeavours to provide best practice patient care. Emma’s compassionate nature is at the forefront of all her interactions, and Emma is committed to leading and achieving growth and advancement within the Administration team.

She has a keen interest in health sciences and Dietetics, having completed a Bachelor of Public Health and a Masters’ of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys hiking, camping and being outdoors. Always searching for that next adventure and spending quality time with friends and family!

Amy Russian

Patient Services Coordinator Assistant

Amy is a bright, young individual who aims every day to assist others and looks for any way she can improve their day. Amy has been working in medical administration for approximately 2years as she has a strong interest in health & science.

 

Amy was diagnosed as a Type 1 diabetic in 2014, which gives her an in-depth perspective & compassion for the condition.

Amy adores all things nature & art, and is always open to learning something new. She believes everyone has something to learn at every age.
