What is Physitrack?

Physitrack is an online platform you can remotely access from your phone, tablet or computer. After your initial consultation your Exercise Physiologist will prescribe you a series of exercises tailored to the information collected in the assessment. These exercises will be delivered to you as individual videos with auditory and written instructions on how to complete each exercise as it is intended. The application will also show you the intensity (how heavy) and volume (how much or how long) for each of these exercises. In addition to this, you will be able to send messages directly to your Exercise Physiologist about any questions or concerns you may have. This application enables us to continue providing the best possible care to all of our clients without face to face contact.
