Like everything, things can go wrong. Common faults we see when performing these movements are:
1. Excessive Rounding or Arching of the back – increasing the load on your spine
What not to do:
2. Looking up when hinging forward or leading with your chin – your cervical spine or neck has an influence on what your lumbar spine or lower back is doing. Keep everything neutral so your head is following the movement of your torso. If you can’t get it, put a tennis ball under your chin.
3. Falling forward or displacing weight through your toes
